Once you enquire and book your event, we create your private portal workspace. You receive a personal link and a 6-character access code — no app to download, no account to create.
2. Plan Your Music
Build your must-play list, do-not-play list, and special moment songs (first dance, last dance, cake cut). Your DJ sees every request in real time and prepares accordingly.
3. Design Your Timeline
Map out every moment of your event — ceremony, drinks reception, first dance, party time, last dance. Drag, edit, and perfect your schedule before the big day.
4. Message Your Team
Chat directly with your coordinator and DJ through the portal. No lost emails, no playing phone tag. Every conversation in one place, always there when you need it.
